  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a secure, trackable return service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item(s) are received, we will inspect the condition of the goods. If the returned items meet the above criteria (original, unused, and undamaged), we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Some items may be shipped directly from our third-party suppliers, and we do not handle the stock ourselves. In these cases, the return process is the same as outlined above.
